New Prescriptions
Filling a new prescription for a compounded medication with McGuff Compounding Pharmacy is easy.
If you have a paper prescription written by your physician, you may:
- FAX the prescription to: 1-877-444-1155
- Email the prescription as a .jpg or .tiff image to: pharmacyanswers@mcguff.com
- Mail the prescription to:

For faster service, your health care provider can call the prescription in to us at (877) 444-1133, or they may fax the prescription to (877) 444-1155.
When we receive a prescription other than by mail we will contact your physician. Additionally, we will contact you to go over your prescription, special needs and pricing information, or you can call us at 877-444-1133. If you decide to have McGuff Compounding Pharmacy Services, Inc. fill your prescription we will need your shipping and billing information. We accept check, money order or any major credit card. Prescriptions are shipped via UPS for delivery within two business days.
Insurance
Some insurance plans cover compounded medications. You may want to check with your insurance company for your specific coverage. McGuff Compounding Pharmacy Services, Inc. does not bill insurances. We supply you with a Universal Insurance Claim Form that you may send to your insurance carrier.
We will provide you a Universal Insurance Claim Form along with your compounded medication. You may submit this form to your insurance company for reimbursement. Not all insurance companies provide reimbursement for compounded medications. Please check with your insurance policy for reimbursement of compounded medications.
